Service Producer

Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026

Service and operator

These terms apply to your use of Service Producer websites, apps and connected clients operated by Welland Collective LLC. Contact support@wellandcollective.com or Welland Collective LLC, c/o InCorp Services, 1585 Mallory Ln, Suite 104, Brentwood, TN 37027-3036, United States. By accepting these terms when creating an account, you agree to them. An organization's separately signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts and workspace access

Use only a workspace you are authorized to access. Administrators manage invitations, roles and paired-device access. Protect your password, pairing tokens, output URLs and administrator credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. Do not share a staff account to evade permissions. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or appropriate organizational/guardian authorization. There is no right to join a workspace merely by downloading an app.

Your content and permissions

You and your organization retain rights in your content. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, transmit and display it to operate Service Producer and provide support. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for personal information, music, video, scripts, images, broadcasts and third-party services. This software does not supply music, performance, streaming or other content licences. Shared organization records may remain available to the organization after an individual's account is removed.

Permitted use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the apps and service for authorized production and display purposes. Do not unlawfully access other workspaces, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation. Rights granted by applicable open-source licences or mandatory law are not restricted by these terms. Third-party software, firmware, services and hardware remain subject to their own terms.

Operation, previews and updates

Service Producer depends on networks, devices and third-party services. Test your layouts, timing, integrations and output hardware before a live event and maintain an appropriate fallback. It is not an emergency notification or life-safety system and does not promise frame-accurate synchronization across arbitrary equipment. Preview and TestFlight builds may be incomplete or change. We may issue security, compatibility and feature updates. Flashing a Raspberry Pi image erases the selected storage; back up that storage first.

Fees and external services

Any fees, subscriptions or commercial commitments must be described in a separate order or purchase flow you accept. These terms do not silently create a paid subscription. You are responsible for your devices, connectivity and third-party accounts and fees. We do not control or guarantee third-party service availability, APIs, licensing or hardware support.

Suspension, ending use and privacy

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Administrators may revoke workspace access. We may restrict access for misuse, security risks, legal requirements or breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and retention. Removing an app does not itself delete its hosted account or an organization's records.

Warranties and responsibility

Except for an express commitment in a separate agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service and preview software are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.

Apple apps and other components

For an app obtained through Apple's App Store or TestFlight, Apple's applicable distribution terms and standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply to the app licence; these terms also govern the hosted Service Producer service. Apple is not the provider of Service Producer support. Open-source and other third-party components retain their own licences and notices; see Third-party notices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes and request acceptance where required. Changes will not remove rights already accrued under mandatory law. Contact us about questions or disputes before taking further action. These terms are effective October 20, 2026.
